Q.How difficult is it to learn Reiki?
A. It's not difficult at all. The 1st class and  attunement can usually be done in as little as 2 days. This will get you started and get the Reik following inside you.

Q. Why are Reiki treatments different from different people?
A. A treatment can vary. It depends on what school, type of Reiki and personal approach the practitioner has to Reiki.

Q. How often should I receive Reiki treatments? I pulled a muscle in my back.
A. This can vary. Have your first treatment and let the practitioner evaluate your condition. Reiki practitioners never  prescribe  or diagnose, but after the initial treatment they should be able to suggest how many sessions you will need.

Q. Do you have to believe in Reiki for it to work?
A. No, not at all. Reiki works the same on skeptics as it does on anyone else. Go have a session and see for yourself!
