What to expect in a session:
At the beginning of the session you will relax and chat with Sarah and discuss your manifesting goals. If blocks are found then they will be removed long distance via Sarah. Healing energy will then be sent to assist in healing the blocked area. (This may be an emotional event.) Then a plan will be created for you to further your manifesting goals.
Most sessions are eye opening events! You may laugh or cry...once you connect with the energy you will understand how easy it is to come back into balance!
