In the Spiritual community, especially if you are an Empath or HSP, you may have been conditioned only to give and give unconditionally. While this seems like the right path in a world obsessed with "getting theirs first," is it? How often do you struggle with the other end of this? How do you feel about receiving?
Do you feel undeserving of gifts? Or do you feel obligated to counter every act of kindness given you? Do you feel that you owe someone if they do something for you and they are keeping count? When we cannot accept or are always stuck overgiving, it is a symptom of being out of balance energetically. While this might not seem that bad, it is. If you are stuck overgiving, you are sending mixed messages to your friends and the Universe. To be in balance, we must learn to give & receive equally with love. It's great you want to give and spread joy! But you also have to allow others the same opportunity to spread happiness by sharing with you. We should all accept lovingly, or else we send out a message to the Universe that we are not ready to receive. So this could be why your manifesting isn't working. To acquire all that you are trying to manifest, you must be open to receive on every level. Don't block your manifestation - take this as a sign this area of your life needs some attention. This week examine your feelings on giving and receiving by journaling. List examples and dig deep into your emotions surrounding giving and receiving. Reiki Blessing, Sarah Comments are closed.
