Morning Lovelies!
How is your August going? I hope all is well in your Universe. Here in North West England things are rocking right along. If you missed the newest class on Positive Self Image it was recored and should be up on the site later today. In keeping with the flow of yesterdays class, I thought I would talk today about Sharing Energy, and Self Image. We share our energy with anyone we come in contact with, with anything we focus on (manifesting again) and anything that is in our environment. All of this affects us immensely. Have you ever been in a good mood, switched on the TV only to be bombarded by the news and just feel your happiness fly away? Have you ever put on new pair of jeans, feeling pleased at how they look on you, only to have someone make a less than pleasant comment about your figure and then felt your mood shift? Its all about sharing energy and how it affects us. If something is said with truth and sincerity, from the heart, it usually “feels” all right, but when things are said or done to manipulate or hurt us, then we are left feeling hurt, depressed or angry afterwards. The solution? Be very picky with who or what you share your energy with. Your time, focus and energy are the most valuable things you possess. Your spirit is wealthy in ways you cannot yet imagine, so why waste a minute of time with someone who is not operating from the heart? You deserve to be yourself, the best YOU that you can be. Some people will like it, some will not. But that doesn't matter. Stay vigilant regarding who you share your space with and watch things change positively in your life.
