I often receive this kind of nice comment and feedback on that site. I usually respond privately, but I thought this time I would make it public. Why? Because nice attracts nice.  Some times we need to be reminded of that.

​Now, more so than ever, we are bombarded with negative news, comments, posts and emails. We see hate crimes, random acts of violence, and despair daily on the news stream. It can be OVERWHELMING! Thats why it is so important to take a break and unplug from all of that. As we send  energy into the Universe it is magnified and sent back to us. What we focus on we attract. Yikes! 

 I encourage you today to focus on something  good and positive. Send hope, love and healing out to the people in need. Send Reiki to the planet. Even if it is only for 10 minutes, take a break and try this. Shift your focus and send a positive note to someone, send a love letter to your partner, send a "thank you" card to your parents, or send a note of encouragement to someone who is struggling. Something as simple as that can make a huge difference in someones outlook. Be a positive force in someones life today and attract positive energy all around you.
