As I mentioned before the full moon can stir your emotions. If you notice negative thoughts, past conflicts or negative behaviors cropping up take note. The full moon stirs our “pot” of emotions both amplifying and bringing old mind-sets to the surface. This an excellent time to heal all manner of emotional issues.
Remember you are NOT these thoughts or behaviors. Use this time to consider what needs to be done to release these conflicts or change negative behaviors. Is it time to release old ties? Isn’t it time to make your needs a priority? Or time to really commit to a meditation practice? Use this time to journal your thoughts and work towards a positive outcome.
Don’t be too hard on yourself, this is really a gift of healing and an opportunity for personal growth.
