The holidays can be a very stressful time.
The holidays are stressful for most people, grieving or not. If you are experiencing grief, loss or depression the holiday season can be a very trying time. Below are a few tips I have found useful in making the most of the holiday season.
I hope you found these quick tips useful. The holidays were a terrible time for me after loosing my husband, but time does help.
