The number one thing to consider doing during the full Moon is taking a cleansing salt bath. It is believed that a salt bath can help you maintain your energy levels, help to heal past traumas and allow negative emotions to be purified.
Simply add generous handfuls of salt to your bath and give yourself the command to release what no longer servers your highest good. Relax, soak, release and enjoy!
It’s also not uncommon for people to feel very emotional during the time of the full moon. If you are feeling overly sensitive or distraught, why not add approximately 10-15 drops of essential Lavender oil and soak in a warm (not super hot) salt bath. Sit or lay comfortably for roughly 20 minutes to alleviate tension and sooth the nerves. Rinse off after the bath and allow yourself some quite time in the moonlight.
