The reason these books came about was since 2007 I have given coloring pages to clients to relax with. Different designs will trigger different reactions; simpler, easier to color designs will help the mind relax and allow you to drift off to sleep, while more complex designs allow the brain to move into "problem solving" mode. How are things? A new video just went up on the Clinic Youtube channel on stress. Did you know we cause a lot of our own stress? Yes, we do, but we also have the ability to eliminate stress from our lives. I have listed 7 of the most common types of self stressors and some simple tips we can do to stop this cycle. These easy, yet effective tips, should ease your stress load and hopefully give you more time to relax. So sorry I haven't been blogging here. So many good things are happening at the Reiki clinic I haven't had time to even be on line much. I just spoke with Ms Roxann and she has agreed to teach a class for us while she is in Texas. The class will be on Saturday (21st of June) 11:00 a.m. It all be on Fear and Moving forward on the spiritual path. She will also be doing ENERGY SCANS after the class for $5.00. (YEP ONLY $5.00!) Let me tell ya about the scans! She did one for me a year or so ago over the phone and it was awesome! So this is a huge opportunity for $5.00. The scan will take approx. 15 minutes. If you cannot attend and want to have the scan performed over the phone please email/call us at the clinic, she uses Skype and can do them over the phone as well. :D Also I have uploaded more meditations! Here and here One is Free (for a Limited time so download it fast) and the other is $2.99. I am working on uploading more soon. I have also announced the dates for the Reiki I class in Barcelona, Spain (Click here for more info) and included a Reiki Booster attunement if you already are a reiki person and just want an attunement.
