How is everyone as we move into the holidays? Be sure to schedule some down time for you. It's important to take care of yourself and not become over extended or stressed out - (so Book a Reiki session!) Especially with colder weather fast approaching. You do not want to do anything to comprise your immune system and end up ill for the holidays. So take good care of yourselves. Speaking of taking care.. We have a date for the December Reiki Share. We will be meeting Sunday Dec 6, 2015 in San Marcos, Texas (USA) from 1:00-5:00, if you are in the area and wish to attend, please email me (or call) and I will send you the address. We are asking for RSVP's because in the past we have ended up with 50+ people! Which is great, but we want to make sure we can accommodate everyone. A Reiki share is a great way to meet the folks from the clinic, get FREE REIKI, ask questions, and have fun. I usually also include door prizes and a guided meditation + surprises. So let us know if you want to join in, we would love to see you. I'm also pleased to announce we have changed out the online booking system for Serenity. It's easier than ever to book a live session, a Skype session, or telephone consultation. From the home page "Our Welcome - we started in 2004 page" there is a small blue take in the lower right corner. Click it and follow along as it pops up the booking calendar, choose your date/time and impute your info. Easy Peasy! And just like that you are booked! This cute little widget should streamline the booking process and save us all a lot of time. Time we can spend on more classes and Reiki sessions. #Score! Try it out and let me know what you think.
