Today I wanted to share a quick guide to building a wealth/abundance altar with you. Most of my clients have asked questions about this, and you may be wondering what to put on your altar.
If you love this type of content, I would recommend you grab the Infinite Potential Circle monthly membership while you can still lock it in for $9 a month. The archives are overflowing with content from how to work with astrology to shadow working basics. Plus new content is added every Monday. (I have been a professional healer and energy worker for 20 years now and I have lots to share!) Right now you can get your 1st month free when you purchase the Spring Equinox Activation. I wrote more about what a long-distance energy activation is if you have questions. Okay, let's talk about the altar. A Guide To Building and Maintaining a Wealth and Abundance Altar Choosing the Right Location: Southeast Corner: According to Feng Shui principles, the southeast corner of your home is associated with wealth and abundance. Place your wealth altar in this area if possible. If not, choose a location where you feel comfortable and where the energy flows freely. Avoid Low Energy Areas: Avoid placing the wealth altar in areas with low energy flow, such as near bathrooms or in dark, cramped spaces. 2. Correct Items to Place on Altar to Attract Abundance and Wealth: Symbols of Prosperity: Choose items that symbolize wealth, abundance, and prosperity according to Feng Shui principles and that make sense to you. Money: Include a crisp form of currency. (Not Monopoly money.) Wealth Deities: Statues or images of wealth deities like the Wealth God (Caishen), Laughing Buddha, or the Three-Legged Money Toad (Chan Chu) are commonly used to attract prosperity. If you work with Fortuna or another wealth, luck, or abundance deity place an image on the altar. Crystals: Crystals associated with wealth and abundance include citrine, pyrite, green aventurine, gold, diamond, and jade. Place these crystals on your altar to amplify the energy of prosperity. Money Tree: A symbol of financial growth and abundance, a money tree (such as the Pachira aquatica) can be placed on your altar to attract wealth. Abundance Bowl: Fill a bowl with auspicious items such as coins, rice, or gemstones to symbolize abundance overflowing into your life. Red Envelopes: Red envelopes or red-colored items symbolize good luck and prosperity in many cultures. Place red envelopes containing auspicious symbols or intentions on your altar. Gold Items: Incorporate items made of or resembling gold to symbolize wealth and prosperity. This could include gold-colored statues, candles, figurines, coins, or ornaments. Fresh Flowers: Place fresh flowers, fruit, and other healthy symbols of prosperity and abundance on your altar. Make sure to remove any old or wilted items promptly. 3. Cleaning: Regular Cleansing: Keep the area around your wealth altar clean and clutter-free. Regularly dust and wipe down surfaces to remove any accumulated dirt or stagnant energy. Smudging: Use sage, palo santo, or other cleansing herbs to purify the energy around the altar. Light the smudge stick and allow the smoke to waft over and around the altar to cleanse the space energetically. Pro Tips: Set Intentions: Regularly spend time at your wealth altar to set clear intentions for abundance and prosperity in your life. Visualize your goals as already achieved. Express Gratitude: Show gratitude for the blessings you have received and for the abundance that is on its way to you. Rotate Items: Periodically rotate or refresh the items on your altar to keep the energy vibrant and aligned with your intentions. By following these guidelines, you can create and maintain a wealth altar that serves as a powerful focal point for attracting abundance and prosperity into your life.

Approach your healing journey with intention and openness. Reiki Blessings, Sarah Feeling odd aches and pains lately?
Have you been noticing a change in the collective energies around you? Or experiencing odd aches and pains? Relax, this is your reminder that you’re not going crazy and to stay away from Web MD and Dr Google! You could very well be feeling the beginning of a new energy cycle. Many people are experiencing ascension symptoms right now as we release the old ways and shift to accommodate this new, powerful energy. We never diagnose at the Serenity Reiki Clinic, if you are having odd symptoms and are worried, by all means go to your MD. Better safe than sorry, ALWAYS. Currently the collective energy is shifting and empaths could be hit hard. Crying jags, headaches and odd body pain comes with this shifting energy. UGH! Pay attention to your dreams, they are giving you clues and insight as to what your subconscious is releasing and what lessons will be coming up next. A major healing shift is taking place and you may be feeling it via your body and/or emotions. The energy may be great today and "bumpy" tomorrow and then great again by Sunday! Just ride it out and know this too shall pass. You might also want to have a reiki treatment or chakra alignment to help you integrate this new energy. The main focus should also be spending time on self love and self care. This is a good time to read, make art and meditate. Try to relax and don't push yourself too hard. Also refrain from making any major decisions or taking on any BIG projects until after the new moon (March 10, 2023). Write out your thoughts, goals, dreams and revelations, but don't act on them quite yet. Everything is changing and while you may be feeling it in your body right now, know this too shall pass. Better times are just around the corner. Reiki Blessings, Sarah Happy New Year, dear friends! As we step into 2024, I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting updates and plans for the Reiki Clinic. But first, I hope your new year is off to a wonderful start, filled with positivity and good energy. May this year bring you peace, joy, and a deeper connection with yourself. Now, let's talk about some changes happening at the Serenity. After much reflection, I've decided to retire a lot of the online classes, meditations, and bundles. While these classes have served us well, it's time to make room for new courses, downloads, etc. We have better tech now (and I also am better at using it, lol!) And I believe in the importance of evolving and refining our offerings - so the site may look a bit bare as we go through this process. In line with this spirit of renewal, we're undergoing a website overhaul too. Streamlining and updating our online space will not only make it more user-friendly but also ensure that you can easily access the information you need. The goal is to create a digital sanctuary where you can explore, learn, and find inspiration on your wellness journey. As we begin this transformation, please bear with us if you encounter a few hiccups on the website. Your patience and understanding are truly appreciated as we work to enhance your online experience with Serenity. On a personal note, I wanted to let you know that I'll be taking some time off in January. 2023 was a very busy year for us and honestly I'm tired. So a bit of rest is on the agenda to recharge my energy. During this period, the clinic will continue to operate, but please expect a slight delay in responses. Your understanding is immensely valued.
Looking ahead, I'm excited to announce that we'll be introducing more live, in-person classes soon. There's nothing quite like the energy exchange that happens when we gather in person, and I'm eager to create more opportunities for us to connect and learn together. Keep an eye out for updates on the upcoming schedule. I want to express my gratitude for being a part of the Serenity Reiki Clinic community. Your presence and support have been the driving force behind our journey, and I'm genuinely excited for what the future holds. Wishing you a year filled with love, light, and the transformative power of positive energy. Reiki Blessings, Sarah Hey there,
How are things? As we wrap up the final days of 2023, it feels like an odd transitional time. We're at the end of one cycle and haven't quite begun the next. I'm traveling and that always makes time seem weird too. One of my personal goals is to travel more and meet more people in person (yeah!) in 2024. Are you setting intentions and creating resolutions for 2024 too? Taking a moment to reflect on the actions we want to take and getting clear on steps for the upcoming year is crucial, especially with 2024 being all about transformation. Having a clear plan is key to keeping stress down and avoiding feeling overwhelmed. Thinking about the changes you want to make is the first step in turning them into reality. The next crucial step? Create your action plan. It's not just about having a cute planner (though I have one myself 😉); it's about putting that planner to good use 🥇😘. The difference can be subtle, like writing your to-do list versus keeping it all in your head. Keeping it all in your head means juggling multiple priorities, often leading to choosing the easiest option or forgetting something completely. Plus, by using a planner, you can easily track your results and stay motivated longer. #WIN! For instance: “I'm gonna try incorporating wellness activities 3x a week.” Versus writing down: “I engaged in wellness activities today and plan to continue tomorrow.” The “trying” in your head implies a slight delay in action, permitting you to let your wellness routine slide until tomorrow, the day after, or whenever it's convenient (which may be never). By writing down your wellness goals, you create a constant visual reminder, and eventually, it becomes second nature. On the other hand, overloading your mind can lead you to more stress. That's why wellness isn't just about setting up a routine and being done for the day; it requires personalization tailored to you as an individual. If you're ready to kickstart your wellness journey for 2024, I've got two new printable plnners for you. Email me if you have questions or need assistance. Winter brings a unique charm, but it also challenges our well-being. Amid the cold and darkness, self-care practices can be the key to finding warmth, balance and serenity. You may need to break up or try new self-care practices to care for yourself during the winter season and I wanted to share some ideas as inspiration. 1. Create a Winter Self-Care Playlist: Compile a playlist filled with songs that evoke feelings of coziness and tranquility. Whether it's acoustic tunes, ambient sounds, or your favorite instrumental tracks, let your personalized winter soundtrack be the backdrop to moments of relaxation and introspection. 2. Explore Winter Stargazing: Clear winter nights provide an excellent opportunity for stargazing. Bundle up in layers, grab a blanket, and head outside to marvel at the night sky. Identify constellations or simply take in the quiet beauty of the night sky. The cold air and celestial wonders can create a sense of awe. 3. Winter Mindfulness Walks: Take mindful walks in the brisk winter air. Notice the crunch of snow beneath your boots, the subtle rustle of winter branches, and the clean scent of the cold. These mindful moments can be a form of moving meditation, grounding you in the present and fostering a deep connection with nature. 4. DIY Aromatherapy for Winter Vibes:
Experiment with creating your own winter-inspired scents using essential oils. Scents like pine, cedar, and cinnamon can evoke a sense of warmth and nostalgia. Diffuse these aromas in your living space or add a few drops to your bath for a soothing and personalized aromatherapy experience. 5. Make Winter Art: Express your creativity through winter-themed art projects. Whether it's painting, drawing, or crafting, channel your emotions and reflections about the season into a creative outlet. The act of creating can be therapeutic and your inner child will love this. 6. Document Winter Memories: Document the beauty of winter through photography or journaling. Capture the frosty landscapes, the snow, or the unique patterns created by ice. Reflecting on these captured moments can be a source of joy and a reminder of the small wonders of winter. 7. Celebrate the Winter Solstice: Mark the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year, as a time for reflection and renewal. Create your own solstice ritual—light candles, set intentions for the coming months, and embrace the symbolism of the returning light. It's a unique way to acknowledge the changing seasons and connect with the natural cycles of life. This winter, venture beyond your usual self-care practices. Engage in activities that resonate with your individuality and bring a sense of joy. Discover a deeper connection with the winter season and cultivate a renewed sense of well-being.
