I usually don't post on the weekend, but I have some exciting news! One of the many projects I have been working on is finally finished and I want your opinion. I created a 75-card printable manifesting affirmation deck for you. This was such a labor of love for me!
If you follow me on the Serenity Reiki Clinic Youtube channel, you know I routinely record affirmations videos. I am constantly creating more videos and experimenting with the best way to deliver these affirmations. If you are unfamiliar with affirmations they are carefully worded sentences that help us to challenge and overcome negative thoughts and self-sabotage. When you repeat them often and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. They aren't wishful thinking, rather these positive mental repetitions can reprogram our thinking patterns so that, over time, we begin to think – and act – differently. They are safe to use, and don't produce unwanted side effects or add extra calories, lol. So there is no reason not to take a few minutes each day to work with them. Also, so many of my clients have achieved breakthroughs using positive affirmations.
With that in mind, I created a set of 75 Positive Manifesting Affirmation Cards that you can download and print. Who Are These For?
This set is perfect for anyone looking for printable affirmation cards to help you shift your mindset and achieve your dream goals. This design is easy to print and use. Each card contains an illustration and an inspiring affirmation to help you begin your day with positive intentions. All you have to do is print your cards on the paper of your choice or print them on cardstock, and then you can laminate the cards and use them as is or add them to your planner, journal, vision board, or tape to your mirror.

How Do I Print Them?
Purchase these at this low price, download the PDF, and print on your choice of paper (card stock is preferred, but not necessary). Then cut them out and tape them around your house, add them to a vision board, or use them as a daily card draw. Ever Used a Gratitude Journal?
Did it work?
If not, could it be that you were going through the motions and not digging deep enough?
Gratitude journaling is more effective if you first make the conscious decision to go all in. That means not just writing an affirmation or listing one pleasant thing that happened each week. Writing once in a while and calling it a day isn't going to bring about any significant changes.
To fully commit means writing consistently and elaborating in detail about a particular thing. A gratitude journal is intended to be personal. It means opening up and focusing on people you are grateful for and situations that touched you, your family, or your life. Share your story with the journal and be honest about what you are feeling. Journalling isn't the time to skimp on details or emotions.
Write about the items that you are grateful for, of course, but when we go deeper and move past the superficial list, we begin to see significant benefits. Be brave and start again if you've stopped.
The practice of forgiveness is our most important contribution to the healing of the world.
