I hope you are well. Today I'm working on the MEGA Sixth Chakra Course and thought I would share some of the Affirmations from this class with you. You are welcome to print these or share them. I find affirmation work best when repeated daily. Repeat the affirmation, preferably for at least five minutes every day, so it has time to work on your subconscious mind.
