Winter brings a unique charm, but it also challenges our well-being. Amid the cold and darkness, self-care practices can be the key to finding warmth, balance and serenity. You may need to break up or try new self-care practices to care for yourself during the winter season and I wanted to share some ideas as inspiration.

It's going to be another fast-paced month! Watch to learn what you can expect as we move closer to 2024.
Over the next 12 months, a wave of transformation is set to sweep through our lives. Energetically speaking, many long-term relationships will be karmically completed in the next 12 months. We are entering a brand new cycle and era. This impending energy shift ushers in new alignments and opportunities. New doors will open, leading to balanced relationships, new personal values/truths, and evolved soul paths.
This shift also brings the energetic closure of this chapter.
In light of these changes, some relationships may naturally dissolve as they struggle to align within this evolving energy.
The good news is that we are ascending to the next level, shedding the baggage of old karmic patterns, soul contracts, recurring trauma loops, and unhealthy patterns.
The bad news is that anything resistant to growth will be left behind. This could encompass unfulfilling jobs, overbearing, materialistic corporations, or our unbalanced, toxic relationships. We will see the collective energy surge forward like a wave. And with it so much will be washed away or released for our highest good.
What can you do?
Take care of yourself and be honest about any changes you should commit to. Know that life can change for the better and needless suffering can be lifted.
The practice of forgiveness is our most important contribution to the healing of the world.
