Have you been noticing a change in the collective energies around you? Or feeling odd aches and pains?
Relax, this is your reminder that you’re not going crazy and to stay away from Web MD. You could very well be feeling the beginning of a new energy cycle. CNY begins on Tuesday, plus many people are experiencing ascension symptoms right now as we release the old ways and shift to accommodate this new, powerful energy. We never diagnose at the Serenity Reiki Clinic, if you are having odd symptoms and are worried, by all means go to your MD. Better safe than sorry, ALWAYS.
Currently the collective energy is shifting and empaths could be hit hard. Pay attention to your dreams, as they are giving you clues as to what your subconscious is releasing and what lessons will be coming up next. A major healing shift is taking place. This energy may be great today and "bumpy" tomorrow and then great again by Sunday! Just ride it out and know this too shall pass. You might also want to have a reiki treatment or chakra alignment to help you integrate this new energy. The main focus should also be spending time on self love and self care. This is a good time to read, make art and meditate. Try to relax and don't push yourself too hard.
Also refrain from making any major decisions until after the new moon (Feb 4, 2019). Write out your thoughts, goals, dreams and revelations, but don't act on them quite yet.
Everything is changing and while you may be feeling it in your body right now, know this too shall pass.
Better times are just around the corner.
You stay mindful when you acknowledge all your many blessings. It also magnifies these positive emotions and allows your body to relax and move into a receptive state. Research shows that positive emotions fade faster than feelings of worry or dread, but once we activity work on maintaining an outlook of gratitude we can shift back to positivity.
An easy way to shift is by beginning a gratitude journal. Each day write three things you are grateful for. These can be big or small, such as the sunshine or a cozy bed to sleep in. When you have trouble shifting back to positive reread past entries and watch as even more good things flood into your life.

doing something in this challenge doesn’t have to be scary or costly. Just offering a smile to a stranger can change their entire day!

Yesterday I asked you to think of Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) that you may have done or examples of kindness others have done for you. It's okay if you couldn't think of any or if performing random acts of kindness is a new process for you. Coming up with ideas can be tough, so today I thought I would share some ideas to get your started. Some of these activities cost nothing and take only a moment of your time. Others will be more in-depth and you may spend as much or as little as you like. Choose whatever fits your comfort level and the occasion.

Hopefully, this quick list will inspire you to begin sharing random acts of kindness with those around you. Pick one from the list or come up with an idea of your own, then just do it. See how you feel. Chances are you will be ready to do another one tomorrow and the day after.

How are you? Been really busy around Serenity lately!
Many new people are visiting both in person and on line. Yeah! And I'm working on new classes, meditations and another book will be out soon!
Next month is the Reiki students retreat in New Mexico, USA and as we iron out the last minute details, I'm already meeting with Lady Roxanna for a summer 2019 retreat.
