Reiki Blessings, Sarah  Hello friends, Really quick I wanted to talk with you about staying grounded in this time of rapid transformation. Life is changing quickly right now for many people. How are you holding up? Old structures, beliefs and ideas are falling away. Core beliefs that may have held you back all your life are now crumbling and falling away. These will be rapidly replaced with vitality, lucidness and a new, vital driving force, but in the meantime, you probably are experiencing a rollercoaster of ideas, memories and emotions. Are you feeling ungrounded and overwhelmed? If so, try this simple exercise: Every morning upon waking, it is wise to see yourself grounded and safe. If you like, you may close your eyes and using your minds eye; imagine tree roots coming out of your feet and tail bone, going deep into the earth to connect with the core crystals of the planet. Upon completion of this quick exercise, drink a glass of pure, clean water. I recommend you do this before you begin the day, every day.  Anytime you feel shattered, foggy or have trouble concentrating, do this simple exercise and you should immediately feel more present. And do not worry, you cannot do it wrong or too often.
Remember, no matter where you find yourself on this cycle, know that you are not alone. You may be at the beginning, middle or end of this enormous transformation. But if you were directed to read this, then know, “You are right where you are supposed to be.” Spirit is guiding you and sending you the message to stop struggling and holding on to the past structures. The past no longer serves you. You are a “new” being, even now, as you do the hard work and take responsibility for your future and remake yourself. Know that by doing the self healing work and having the courage to release the past you are moving forward on your path of self discovery and knowledge.
