Hello All,
I was up late last night working away on information for the new class on Empaths. A few people have emailed me, requesting a video options of the class. I was actually planning on doing just that, but by the time I was able to head to moviemaker I was beat and ended up just making this silly and short (less than 2 minutes) Movie Style Trailer instead.
​So watch if you need a Monday Morning laugh...

I promise there will be an actual class video on Survival tips for Empath soon. Although now I have to ensure its as fun as the trailer...

I often receive this kind of nice comment and feedback on that site. I usually respond privately, but I thought this time I would make it public. Why? Because nice attracts nice.  Some times we need to be reminded of that.

​Now, more so than ever, we are bombarded with negative news, comments, posts and emails. We see hate crimes, random acts of violence, and despair daily on the news stream. It can be OVERWHELMING! Thats why it is so important to take a break and unplug from all of that. As we send  energy into the Universe it is magnified and sent back to us. What we focus on we attract. Yikes! 

 I encourage you today to focus on something  good and positive. Send hope, love and healing out to the people in need. Send Reiki to the planet. Even if it is only for 10 minutes, take a break and try this. Shift your focus and send a positive note to someone, send a love letter to your partner, send a "thank you" card to your parents, or send a note of encouragement to someone who is struggling. Something as simple as that can make a huge difference in someones outlook. Be a positive force in someones life today and attract positive energy all around you.

First a little history:
Shungite is a black, lustrous, non-crystalline mineraloid consisting of more than 98 weight percent of carbon. It is mined near Shunga village, in Karelia, Russia, from where it gets its name. Shungite has been reported to contain fullerenes. (1,2)

What are Fullerenes?  "A fullerene is a molecule of carbon in the form of a hollow sphere, ellipsoid, tube, and many other shapes. In April 2003, fullerenes were under study for potential medicinal use: binding specific antibiotics to the structure to target resistant bacteria and even target certain cancer cells such as melanoma. The October 2005 issue of Chemistry & Biology contains an article describing the use of fullerenes as light-activated antimicrobial agents. They are currently being studied in tumor and cancer research." -from Wiki

Shungite has been used in medical treatment since the early 18th-century. Peter the Great set up Russia's first spa in Karelia to make use of the water purifying properties of shungite, which he had himself experienced. He also instigated its use in providing purified water for the Russian army. The anti-bacterial properties of shungite have been confirmed by modern testing.(3) (See references below)

People also use this wondrous stone to block out harmful electromagnetic energy from cell phones, computers and electrical boxes. Many people believe that just being in a room with Shungite can make you feel better.

“Shungite rooms can also correct the energy bio-field of a person. Entire rooms of Shungite have been constructed for healing.
Such shungite rooms are constructed in St. Petersburg Military Medical Academy, in Petrozavodsk, in the spa center "White Springs", in the office of the company "Pritsero P" in Moscow, in Saratov.
