I often have conversations with other Reiki People and Teachers about what "ELSE" they use Reiki for, you know, besides healing... Did you know that Reiki energy can be used for many diverse purposes? It can, with great results! Just the other day one of my students told me about her recent experience; I often suggest in Reiki 2 class that you set the intention to use Reiki every time you are in the shower & also infuse the energy to release any negativity, illness or crap you may have picked up during the day. Well, she did that and added Reiki to her shampoo and her shower head. Her intention was that ANYONE using the shower would also get a large dosage of Reiki healing Super Energy. She used Reiki to infuse the shampoo to make her hair healthy, and fuller. She was immediately surprised at the results! Her hair was growing faster than she had ever noticed and becoming thicker and thicker. (Not a bad thing, since she is in her 40's!) Also her daughter mentioned that HER hair suddenly was growing out of control. Guess what? She was using mom's shampoo (without her knowledge or any knowledge of the Reiki infusion!) Today we were blessed to explore the Lakes in Cumbria. It is a deeply beautiful, natural place. The lush land is full of many shades of greens, fluffy sheep, clear lakes, magnificent stones and nature at its best. As I sat on a mountain and watched a farmer round up his sheep I was touched by the Essence of Being and the joy of witnessing all this beauty. Do you know what the "Essence of Being" is? Hint: Its a powerful vibration that will transform you. And lack of, will also hinder your personal growth and slow your evolution on the spiritual path. When we are in "it" we are moving with creation and co-creating at a rapid rate. Manifesting becomes easier, balance is simpler to achieve and life seems to effortlessly flow. So you know what it is, right? Yep, It's Love. Start with Self, learn to love, appreciate and accept yourself and watch as love blossoms around you. Learn to love and accept yourself and watch this powerful vibration spread out to touch every corner of your world. How is everyone out there? For us, today was another wonderful day of healing, manifesting and adventures. We returned to Long Meg and her daughters (Stone Circle) in England and had a wonderful afternoon of meditation and healing. And yes, I am wearing a COAT in JULY! This unedited picture came straight of my new iPhone and shows Long Meg (herself) in the background. What am I talking about? This is a Bronze Age stone circle near Penrith in Cumbria, North West England. Did you know Britain has approximately 1,300 stone circles? There is much more to see than just Stonehenge, people! This sacred site is believed to have been constructed as a part of a megalithic tradition that lasted from 3,300 to 900 BCE, (during the Late Neolithic and Early Bronze Age) and it is the sixth-biggest example known from this part of north-western Europe, being slightly smaller than the rings at Stanton Drew in Somerset, the Ring of Brodgar in Orkney and Newgrange in County Meath. The energy of the site is very relaxing and peaceful. It is well worth a visit, if you are in the area. We did a walking meditation around the circle and were blessed to have such a connection with the stones. I think I shall include it in a guided meditation soon. Tomorrow I return back to the office to finish up the new August classes. If you haven't reserved your place, do so soon to get the best prices. This is a MEGA short (under 2 minute long video) I created today. Would you watch it and share your feed back with me?
