How are things? I receive reviews and testimonials from clients frequently. (I actually have added a webpage HERE if you want to read them.) (January was a long time ago!) 2017 is a 1 year. One years are about new beginnings and creations. So are you being called to create a new life for yourself? Perhaps a new career or a new relationship? We are almost 6 months into this year and the changes keep coming! All of this is natural, but if you are feeling fearful (also natural) and resisting you may find yourself being PUSHED by the Universe. We change in order to grow. But if you resist, the Universe will push change on you in order for you to alter your course. How do you handle this? Relax, breathe and know you are not alone. Also it's a good idea to up the self care and self work with meditations, affirmations, and energy healing sessions. Any healthy habits you can put into place now will really help ease the additional stress associated with these changes. Also Jet, Labradorite, Chrysocolla and Tree Agate are all good stones to work with in times of change. Remember this too shall pass and soon you will be embarking on new adventures!
