  3. Coloring: Coloring books for adults have become increasingly popular as a way to relax and destress.
  4. Spending time with animals: Being around pets or animals can have a calming effect and provide comfort.
  5. Gardening: Getting your hands dirty in the garden can be a great way to relieve stress and connect with nature.
  6. Playing games: Playing games with friends or family can be a fun and distracting way to relieve stress.
  7. Listening to music: Listening to music that you enjoy can have a positive effect on mood and reduce stress.
  8. Writing: Writing in a journal or writing creatively can be a cathartic way to process emotions.
