A new video just went up on the Clinic Youtube channel on stress. Did you know we cause a lot of our own stress? Yes, we do, but we also have the ability to eliminate stress from our lives.
I have listed 7 of the most common types of self stressors and some simple tips we can do to stop this cycle. These easy, yet effective tips, should ease your stress load and hopefully give you more time to relax.
